Supported cameras (as of Jul. 7, 2022):

• Cameras enabling Bluetooth FTP setting transfer from mobile devices: ILCE-1, ILCE-9M2, ILCE-7SM3, ILCE-7C, ILCE-7M3*, ILCE-7M4, ILME-FX3 (*Camera system software must be updated to Ver. 4.0 or later).
• Cameras not supporting Bluetooth FTP setting transfer: ILCE-9*, ILCE-7RM4A, ILCE-7RM4 (*Camera system software must be updated to Ver. 5.0 or later).

In addition to directly importing images from an SD card via an SD card reader or through USB mass storage devices utilizing a direct USB connection between the camera and smartphone, Visual Story supports images imported from Imaging Edge Mobile to the smartphone. While potentially compatible with cameras from other manufacturers supporting FTP transfer functionality, non-supported models are not guaranteed compatibility or support; users are advised to conduct trials before integrating Visual Story.
